Example Use Cases

  • Measure learner satisfaction: Generate a report for a specific course to see how many users selected "Extremely Satisfied" versus "Neutral" or "Dissatisfied" for overall experience questions. Use this data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Analyze feedback trends across courses: Select multiple courses and the same questionnaire to compare feedback across different training programs. This helps identify which courses are performing well and which need revision.

  • Track recommendation rates: Review questions like "Would you recommend this course to others?" to calculate Net Promoter Score (NPS) or similar metrics for your training content.

Conclusion

You have successfully learned how to generate and customize the Course Feedback Report. This report provides valuable insights into course ratings and feedback by showing how many times users selected specific answers in course feedback questionnaires. By creating custom templates with the fields that matter most, you can efficiently measure learner satisfaction, identify trends, and gather actionable insights for course improvement.
