General Settings

This section controls the foundational user experience and system-wide regional preferences. Here you can configure the default start page users see after signing in, establish the account time zone that cascades to users with default portal settings, and manage username prefixes with unique Employee ID enforcement. The Date Settings allow you to select a system-wide format that updates everywhere dates are displayed, while Access Schedule lets you create time-based rules controlling when users can access the platform. These settings ensure a consistent and localized experience for all learners.

Security Settings

The Security Settings tab establishes the protective framework for user accounts. You can define password complexity requirements including lowercase, uppercase, special characters, and numbers, while setting minimum length and expiration duration. Additional controls include login attempt limits, automatic deactivation of inactive accounts, and multi-factor authentication enforcement with email or authenticator app options. These configurations directly reduce security risks and help maintain compliance with organizational data protection standards.

Learning Process

This tab determines how users interact with courses and learning materials. You can control library access visibility, allow or restrict fast-forwarding through lessons, enforce sequential viewing, and enable autoplay functionality. Additional options include assignment sorting (by due date or first assigned), lesson completion rules, and certificate access permissions. Proper configuration here shapes the learning journey and ensures content consumption aligns with training objectives.

Notifications

The Notifications tab manages all communication flowing from the LMS to users and administrators. You can enable or disable notifications for portal users and LMS admins, configure line manager alerts, and schedule periodic progress reports with daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly frequency. Overdue reminders for users and overdue reports for admins (with multiple recipient support) can be automated, with the option to restrict sending to business hours only with custom day and time configuration. These settings keep stakeholders informed without overwhelming their inboxes.

Leaderboard Settings

This section controls gamification visibility and point management. You can determine who sees leaderboard data by selecting between org-wide visibility or specific user groups. The Points Reset feature allows administrators to reset leaderboard scores, with a complete history table tracking who performed resets, when, and which users were affected. These settings help maintain engagement while respecting privacy preferences.
