How to Report Issues and Submit Feedback on a Course Page

Summary

This article explains how to use the Report option on a course page to flag issues (spam, captions, video, etc.) and using Course Feedback to share your experience after taking a course.

Introduction

Your feedback plays a vital role in maintaining a high-quality learning environment. Whether you encounter a technical issue or simply want to share your thoughts on a course, the Learning Portal provides clear, accessible tools to make your voice heard. Submitting a Report helps KnowledgeCity and your portal administrators quickly identify and resolve content or playback issues. Providing Course Feedback after completion allows you to reflect on your learning experience and contributes to ongoing course improvements. Both options ensure that your input directly supports a more reliable and engaging training experience for you.

Requirements

  • Access to the Learning Portal

  • The course is assigned and can be opened in your portal

Steps to Follow

1) How to Find the Course Feedback Option

  1. Open the course page in the Learning Portal.

  2. Once the course is completed, the Feedback option, located at the bottom of the page, becomes enabled.
