Each activity reports its own completion criteria — video watch percentage, quiz pass score, time-on-page, or SCORM cmi.completion_status. The course-level completion rule is configurable: all required activities, any one, or weighted score ≥ X%. Progress is recomputed in real time and reflected in the learner dashboard within seconds.
