Open the course in the admin console, choose Manage → Enrolments, and either upload a CSV, pick from existing groups, or sync from your SSO directory. Bulk enrolment is rate-limited to 5,000 users per request; for larger imports, split the file or use the API endpoint POST /api/v2/enrolments.
