Yes. From Content Library → New → Package, drag in a SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or xAPI (Tin Can) ZIP up to 2 GB. The platform validates the manifest, extracts assets, and creates a launchable activity. xAPI statements are stored in the built-in Learning Record Store and exportable via the reporting API.
