Track viewed but not passed courses: Filter by a specific date range to identify courses that users have watched but not passed. This helps target follow-up assessments or additional training.
Measure content consumption before deadlines: Before a training deadline, run the report to see which courses have been viewed and which learners still need to complete the content.

You have successfully learned how to generate and customize the Viewed Courses Report. This report provides valuable insights into content consumption by tracking which courses learners have fully watched. By creating custom templates with the fields that matter most, you can efficiently monitor course viewership and identify content that is being actively consumed.
