Understanding Portal Name

The Portal name field displays the title of your website that users will see in the browser tab. This field cannot be edited here, it is shown for reference only.

The Featured Categories section displays Library categories that you've selected in the Category Manager. Here you can customize the title and subtitle that appear above these categories on your homepage.

  • Title: Enter the main heading for your featured categories section (maximum 50 characters allowed).

  • Subtitle: Enter the supporting text that appears below the title (maximum 140 characters allowed).

  • Translate button: Click to open a form where you can set titles and subtitles for all available portal languages.

Live Preview Panel

The right side of the General Settings page displays a real-time preview of your configurations. As you make changes, the preview updates instantly so you can see exactly how your portal will look:

  • Portal name preview: Shows how your portal name appears in the browser tab.

  • Categories block preview: Shows how your title and subtitle appear above the featured categories.

  • To add your tracking ID: Locate the Google Analytics Tracking ID field and enter your unique tracking ID (format example: UA-XXXXXXXXX-X or G-XXXXXXXXXX).

  • Don't have an account? Click the sign up for Google Analytics link, it will open a new browser window to create a new account.
